Founded by a trio of passionate individuals, each bringing unique expertise and a shared love for wine, Nido Wine Collective (NWC) is dedicated to redefining how we experience and appreciate wine. Rooted in a belief that wine should be both approachable and joyous, NWC blends entrepreneurial spirit with deep industry knowledge to curate memorable wine experiences.

Nirav Doshi

Founder & Director

Entrepreneur at heart, wine lover by soul. With over 15 years of experience building NIDO Machineries Pvt. Ltd. into a successful enterprise, Nirav brings strategic direction and an unwavering passion to NWC. This venture is his way of turning a personal love for wine into a purposeful, profitable business.

Rushabh Oza

Executive Director

Rushabh brings deep industry know-how from his years with Moët Hennessy and the premium spirits sector, followed by a stint in packaging and manufacturing. His strong grasp of the Indian market, combined with his sales acumen and enthusiasm for wine, drives NWC’s operations and outreach.

Niti Doshi

Head of Partnerships & Marketing

A design thinker with a creative edge, Niti holds a master’s degree from the National Institute of Design. With experience across startups and marketing, she crafts the brand story and builds meaningful collaborations that make wine more engaging, accessible, and exciting.
